Below is a preview of Witch-Lords of Skull Mountain #2: The Malkova Wilds. These are the supernatural patrons that PCs can treat with, bind to, and call on for aid -- for oaths, gifts, and service, of course.
Supernatural patrons were introduced for the DCC RPG back in 2012 and are one of my favorite foils in a campaign -- the temptation of power is always too much, especially for spellcasters -- to avoid those complicated entanglements.
The preview includes patrons for DCC, Shadowdark, and an all-new system for supernatural patrons for OSR games like Old School Essentials and OSRIC.
